Arrival Time
Arrive at least 2 hours before departure. Check-in opens on the morning of departure and closes 60 minutes before departure. Late check-in is not accepted.

A-Ships Management SA Pet Policy
Pets are welcome aboard A-Ships Management SA vessels, ensuring a comfortable journey for you and your furry companion. The F/B Galaxy provides onboard kennels for pets over 10 kg, while smaller pets can stay in their owner’s carrier. Key guidelines:
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s designated kennel.
- Pets under 10 kg can remain in their owner’s carrier.
- All dogs must wear a muzzle, regardless of size.
- No roaming indoors or on deck. Pets must remain in assigned areas.
- Service dogs are exempt from kennel requirements.
- A pet ticket may be required, please check during booking or with our support team.
- Valid pet documents (passport, health certificate) are mandatory.
