GOLDEN STAR FERRIES WEB CHECK-IN PROCESS

To complete the web check-in for Golden Star Ferries, please follow the steps below. Keep in mind that check-in is available 48 hours before your trip, up until 2 hours prior to your ferry departure time.

Step 1

Open the confirmation email you have received from Ferryscanner and click on the red Check-in button.

 

Step 2

You will then be redirected to this check-in page on the Golden Star Ferries website.

 

Step 3

Enter either your Reservation Number and Last Name, or just your phone number. Then, click the blue button that says Next.

 

Step 4

Select the names of the passenger(s). You’ll notice here that either a phone number or email is required – not both. Just make sure that the prefix of your phone number is correct (for example, it’s 0030 in Greece).

Then, confirm that you have read the Terms and click the blue button that says Next.

 

Your tickets will be sent either to your mobile phone via SMS or to your email, depending on what contact details you have provided during your booking.

Don’t forget to check your spam folder if the tickets aren’t in your inbox.

That’s it, you’re all done and ready to travel. Have a great ferry trip!
