Arrival Time
Passengers are advised to arrive at the port at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. This allows sufficient time for check-in, security procedures, and any necessary documentation checks.

Transfer of an unaccompanied vehicle with Africa Morocco Link
An unaccompanied vehicle cannot be transferred with Africa Morocco Link. If you need further clarification, please contact our support team.

Africa Morocco Link Pet Policy
Pets are welcome aboard Africa Morocco Link vessels but must follow these guidelines:
General Rules
- Pets must be accompanied by a passenger.
- Kennels are available upon request at the reception desk.
- Valid health documents, including a rabies certificate and an EU Pet Passport (for EU citizens), are required.
- Pets are not allowed indoors (bars, restaurants, and public areas).
Onboard Handling
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s kennel.
- Pets under 10 kg may stay in their owner’s kennel.
- All pets must wear a muzzle and be leashed on open decks.
Owner Responsibilities
- Owners are responsible for pet care, hygiene, and any damages.
- Service dogs are exempt from kennel rules but require certification.

Loyalty Program
Africa Morocco Link currently doesn’t offer a loyalty program or member card. If you believe otherwise, let us know! Our support team will gladly update any missing info—because accuracy is our favorite travel companion.

Africa Morocco Link Luggage Allowance
Passengers without a vehicle can bring up to 30 kg of personal luggage at no extra cost. Make sure your bags are securely packed, with nothing sticking out, to keep everything safe during the trip.
Important Notes
The company may refuse luggage that’s damaged or poorly packed. You’re responsible for placing and collecting your own bags. Please keep luggage clear of escape routes and safety equipment.
Africa Morocco Link is not responsible for lost or damaged valuables unless they’ve been officially handed over for safekeeping through a written agreement.
