İDO Pet Policy
Pets are welcome on İDO vessels, provided a few simple rules are followed to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for all passengers.
Small pets such as cats, dogs (with valid vaccination certificates), and songbirds like budgies and canaries are allowed on board. These pets must be kept in appropriate cages and may travel with their owners in the passenger lounges of all sea buses, car ferries, and fast ferries. Please note, however, that pets cannot be transported inside passenger vehicles on fast ferries or on car ferries with open garages.
Certified guide dogs accompanying visually impaired passengers are permitted in the passenger lounges of all sea buses, car ferries, and fast ferries. These dogs must wear a body harness and a muzzle throughout the journey.

Guide Dog Association ID
Valid vaccination certificate
Body harness indicating guide dog status
Hospital report of the visually impaired passenger (if needed)

İDO Luggage Allowance
Each foot passenger is entitled to carry one suitcase or a box measuring up to 60x40x20 cm free of charge. İDO reserves the right to charge an excess baggage fee for any items exceeding this allowance. Passengers who use wheelchairs may bring their wheelchair on board at no extra cost, in addition to the standard luggage allowance.
