For domestic trips: Please be at the port at least 20 minutes before the scheduled boat departure time if you have not booked a pick-up and coach transfer. Please be at the port at least 40 minutes before the scheduled boat departure time if you have not booked a pick-up and coach transfer and needed to pay your ticket at the port.
For international trips: Please be at the port at least 40 minutes before the scheduled boat departure time if you have not booked a pick-up and coach transfer. The departure time is subject to slight change according to local traffic conditions.

For citizens of an EU country a valid ID-card or a valid passport is required on the day of travel. Citizens of a non-European country subject to visa obligation in the Schengen zone need a valid passport and a residence permit or visa of the country belonging to the Schengen zone. Citizens of a non-European country subject to visa obligation in the Schengen zone need a valid passport and multi-visa if the wish to travel from Greece to Albania and return.

- Pets travel in cabins available for pet carriage on the ship’s deck.
- No pets are allowed indoors or to roam freely on deck (excepted service dogs).
- A muzzle is mandatory for dogs of all sizes.
- Papers such as a pet passport, health certificate, or service license are necessary.

Ionian Cruises Luggage Allowance
Ionian Cruises allows each passenger to carry up to 25 kg of luggage with a volume limit of 0.25 m³. Luggage must be stored in the designated areas during the trip and is not accessible once the voyage begins.
Personal belongings left in vehicles cannot be accessed during the crossing, as entry to the garage is not permitted after departure. Be sure to take with you anything you’ll need while on board.
