Special Instructions for Alternative Fuel Vehicles
According to Circular No. 2070.0/28541/2024 of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, the following applies:
- For electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles: the battery charge level must not exceed 40% of total capacity.
- If there is suspicion of a faulty or damaged battery, you must inform the crew. Boarding is only allowed if the battery is removed.
- Charging on board is strictly prohibited.
- For other alternative fuel vehicles (e.g., LPG, natural gas): the tank must not exceed 50% of its total capacity.
- If any alarm signal occurs during the trip, notify the crew immediately.

- No free roaming indoors or on deck; pets are not allowed inside passenger areas.
- A muzzle is mandatory for all dogs.
- Service dogs are exempt from kennel requirements.
- No specific pet tickets needed unless otherwise stated during booking or by support staff.
- Certain documents (pet passport, health certificate, or service dog license) and essentials are required for travel.
