Kerkyra Seaways Check-In & Boarding
Arrival Time
Be sure to arrive on board at least 30 minutes before departure. If you’re traveling with a vehicle, bring it to the loading area at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

eTickets are available and will be sent to your email as a PDF. You can download or print it for boarding.
Web Check-In
Web check-in is not available.
Paper Ticket
Paper tickets are not issued — your eTicket will be sufficient.
Vehicles on Board
All Kerkyra Seaways vessels can transport vehicles, including cars, campers, motorcycles, and bicycles. Make sure to check prices when booking or contact support for assistance.
Alternative Fuel Vehicles (AFVs)
If you are traveling with an electric, hybrid, LPG, or natural gas vehicle:
- Electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles must have a battery charge of no more than 40%.
- LPG and natural gas tanks must not exceed 50% capacity.
- Charging electric vehicles on board is not allowed.
- AFVs with damaged fuel systems or tanks are not permitted on board.
Passengers with Reduced Mobility
If you require assistance, inform us through customer support at least 48 hours before departure and be at the designated meeting point no later than 60 minutes before departure. Also, notify us in advance if you have special accommodation or equipment needs.
Required Documents
Have your ticket and valid identification ready for boarding. If you have a reduced fare ticket, you must present the necessary supporting documents. Remember, passengers who miss the departure time are not entitled to a refund.
Additional Notes
Passengers are not allowed to stay in vehicle areas during the trip, except for drivers during boarding and disembarkation. If you notice an alarm or issue with your vehicle while on board, notify the crew immediately.

Kerkyra Seaways Pet Policy
Pets are welcome on Kerkyra Seaways vessels, with dedicated pet areas available on board. To keep the trip comfortable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s designated pet area for the entire journey.
- Small pets under 10 kg may accompany their owners in enclosed passenger lounges, provided they are kept in a pet carrier or wear a muzzle, and have valid vaccinations and a health booklet.
- A kennel may still be required regardless of the pet’s size depending on the vessel and conditions.
- Pets are not allowed to roam freely on deck or in indoor areas unless permitted as noted above.
- All dogs must wear a muzzle when outside of a carrier or kennel.
- Service dogs are exempt from kennel rules but must have proper documentation.
- No special pet ticket is needed unless specified during booking or by support staff.
- Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and any damage caused during the trip.
Loyalty Program
Kerkyra Seaways currently doesn’t offer a loyalty program or member card. If you believe otherwise, let us know! Our support team will gladly update any missing info—because staying accurate is our favorite reward.
Kerkyra Seaways Luggage Allowance
Each passenger with Kerkyra Seaways can bring up to 50 kg of hand luggage free of charge. Passengers with reduced mobility may also carry any equipment or aids needed for their independent movement, with no weight limit or extra cost.
Please note that the company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to luggage unless it has been officially delivered for safekeeping and a receipt has been issued.
