Please arrive at the port at least 1 hour before departure for international routes. Makri closes check-in 20 minutes prior to departure.

eTickets are not available at this time. To facilitate check-in at the port, passengers should print their online ticket confirmation.

Makri Travel Pet Policy
Pets are welcome aboard Makri Travel vessels under specific conditions to ensure a comfortable journey for all passengers.
Dogs (except restricted breeds such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Doberman, and Rottweiler) and cats with valid vaccination and health certificates, entry permits, and required Greek documentation may be transported with prior approval from the seller.
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s kennel.
- Pets under 10 kg can remain in their owner’s kennel.
- A kennel may be required regardless of weight.
- No pets are allowed indoors or to roam freely on deck.
- A muzzle is required for dogs of all sizes.
- Service dogs are exempt from kennel requirements.
- A specific pet ticket may be needed; contact our support team for details.
- Pertinent documents (pet passport, health certificate, or service dog license) and pet essentials are mandatory.

Makri Travel Luggage Allowance
With Makri Travel, you can bring one small bag with you during the trip. Additional luggage is transported free of charge, as long as you can carry it yourself and it is properly packed.
All luggage must be securely packed and must not contain money, jewelry, or documents. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to such items.
The transport of weapons, drugs, or other dangerous items is strictly prohibited.
