Arrival Time

Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure, and OceanJet strictly enforces this cut-off, especially for the first trip of the day. Passengers who miss it may lose their seat, so try to arrive at the port at least 1 hour early, or earlier during holidays and peak season.

After booking, you’ll get a PDF ticket by email. Bring a printed copy to the port, as a hard copy may be requested at check-in.

Web Check-In

Online check-in is not available. All passengers need to check in at the OceanJet counter at the port in person.

Paper Tickets

There is no need to collect paper tickets in advance. Bring your printed eTicket and a valid ID to the check-in counter.

Vehicles on Board

OceanJet fast ferries are for foot passengers only. Vehicles are not allowed on board.
