Olympian Ferries Check-In & Boarding
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least half an hour before departure as Olympian Ferries operates exclusively in Greece. If you’re travelling with a vehicle, make sure to be at the port at least 1 hour prior to departure.

Your eTicket is available. A PDF file will be sent to your email, which you can download or print later.
Web Check-In
Web check-in is not supported.
Paper Ticket
Paper tickets are not provided.
Vehicles
All vessels allow vehicles on board, so you may also travel with your bicycle or motorcycle. For cars, campers, and trucks, check prices during booking or contact our support team.
Olympian Ferries ships do not carry electric vehicles.

Disabled people with a disability of 80% or more, their caregiver and their vehicles have a 50% discount.
Passengers without a Vehicle
No car? No worries! Olympian Ferries welcomes foot passengers aboard with fast boarding, comfy seating, and plenty of onboard perks. Stretch out, grab a snack, and enjoy the ride!
Transfer of an unaccompanied vehicle with Olympian Ferries
An unaccompanied vehicle cannot be transferred with Olympian Ferries. If you need further clarification, please contact our support team.
Olympian Ferries Pet Policy
Bringing your pet along? Olympian Ferries welcomes furry companions on board. Just follow a few simple rules to keep the trip comfortable for everyone:
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s kennel.
- Smaller pets (under 10 kg) may remain in their owner’s kennel.
- A kennel may be required regardless of weight.
- Pets cannot roam freely indoors or on deck.
- No pets are allowed indoors.
- A muzzle is mandatory for all dogs.
- Service dogs are exempt from kennel rules.
- No specific pet ticket is needed unless otherwise stated during booking or by support staff.
- A pet passport, health certificate, or service dog license is required, along with essential travel items for your pet.
The Panorama vessel provides onboard kennels.
Loyalty Program
Currently, Olympian Ferries does not offer a loyalty program or member card. If you think we’ve missed something, let our support team know. We’ll gladly update any missing info faster than a ferry at full speed!
Olympian Ferries Luggage Allowance
Olympian Ferries allows each passenger to bring up to 50 kg of luggage on board. Travel stress-free knowing your bags are within the limit! When you book with us, you’ll always know the exact luggage allowance, so there are no surprises at check-in.
