Arrival Time
Passengers are advised to arrive at the departure port at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow for ticket collection and boarding procedures.In Positano, the meeting and welcome point is on Spiaggia Grande, under the large white gazebo, right in front of the steps leading from the town center to the sea.
eTicket Options
eTickets are not available; passengers must collect physical boarding passes at the port’s ticket office before boarding.
Web Check-In
Web check-in is not supported; all passengers must check in at the port.

Positano Jet Luggage Allowance
In addition to purchasing the ticket for the trip, if you bring a standard-sized bag, you must purchase the €3.00 luggage ticket. If the bag exceeds the standard dimensions (50x35x20), you have to buy the €5.00 luggage ticket.
