Remezzo Maritime Check-In & Boarding
Arrival Time
All passengers must arrive at the port at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may lose their booking without refund.
eTicket Options
Immediately after your booking, you will receive your electronic tickets as boarding passes.
Web Check-In
Web Check-in is available just after your booking, up until 1 hour prior to the ferry departure time.
Paper Ticket
We do not support printing paper tickets at our offices. You will automatically receive your boarding passes immediately after booking.
Vehicles on Board
Drivers must present themselves at the port at least 30 minutes before departure for vehicle check-in. Truck Transport Conditions Truck drivers must declare cargo type and weight at the time of booking. Dangerous or oversized loads require prior approval from the company.
Required Documents
All passengers must carry a valid ID card, passport, or driver’s license for verification by port authorities.

Remezzo Maritime Pet Policy
Pets are welcome aboard Remezzo Maritime. To ensure a safe and comfortable trip, just follow simple guidelines:
- For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed to remain in any of the ship’s indoor public areas.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash, accompanied by an adult, and wear a muzzle whenever they are in public areas.
- Passengers traveling with pets must carry the animal’s up-to-date health booklet at all times, along with a carrier for pets under 10 kg or a muzzle for pets over 10 kg. They are fully responsible for the pet’s care, safety, and hygiene.
- Pets are not permitted to travel without an accompanying person.
Make sure to keep these guidelines up to date so that you and your friend don’t get any surprises during boarding or the journey.
Loyalty Program
Remezzo Maritime doesn’t offer a loyalty program or member card at the moment. If you know of an update that we aren’t aware of, let us know! Our support team is happy to check and update the info if needed.
Aegean Flying Dolphins Luggage Allowance
The luggage allowance on Remezzo Maritime is up to 50 kg per passenger. Just bring your suitcase or bag, and the onboard staff will place your belongings in the designated area.
