Sea Dreams Check-In & Boarding

Passengers and vehicles must report at the embarkation port for check-in at least 1 hour before departure.

Sea Dreams Pet Policy
Sea Dreams welcomes pets on board, so you can travel comfortably with your four-legged friend. Just follow a few simple guidelines to keep the trip safe and easy for everyone:
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s kennel.
- Pets under 10 kg can remain in their owner’s kennel.
- A ship’s kennel may be required regardless of weight.
- No free roaming indoors or on deck; indoor access is prohibited.
- Muzzles are mandatory for all dogs.
- Service dogs are exempt from kennel requirements.
- A specific pet ticket may be required—contact support to book.
- A valid pet passport, health certificate, or service dog license is necessary.

Loyalty Program
