Seremar Pet Policy
Pets are welcome aboard Seremar vessels, ensuring a comfortable journey for both you and your furry companion. To ensure safety and comfort, please follow these guidelines:
- Each passenger is allowed to bring one pet on board.
- Only dogs, cats, and birds are considered pets under this policy.
- Pets must be small or medium-sized; larger pets may be denied boarding unless they do not disturb other passengers and comply with safety and hygiene rules.
- Dogs must be on a leash and wear a muzzle at all times.
- Passengers may be required to present valid health and vaccination certificates, issued within the last three months, at the time of boarding.

Loyalty Program
Seremar currently doesn’t offer a loyalty program or member card. Think we got it wrong? Let us know! Contact our support team, and we’ll update any missing info faster than you can say “Where’s my discount?”.
Seremar Luggage Allowance
Each passenger traveling with Seremar is allowed to bring one piece of luggage weighing up to 9 kg, with maximum dimensions of 50 x 35 x 20 cm. If your bag exceeds these limits, additional fees may apply based on the size and weight of the extra luggage. You are responsible for checking your baggage dimensions before traveling.
Oversized luggage will be marked with a special sticker at the time of ticket purchase. The crew reserves the right to refuse any baggage deemed unsafe for the trip. For your convenience, crew members may assist you during boarding and disembarkation, but porterage services are at your own expense.
In case of loss or damage, passengers must report it using the official form and submit it to the crew upon disembarkation; otherwise, claims will not be accepted. Compensation is subject to the applicable Navigation Code and is limited to €6.20 per kg.
Unclaimed baggage will be securely stored for up to 30 days. After this period, it will be handed over to local authorities for safekeeping. For safety reasons, never leave your luggage unattended.
