Italy – Croatia Route: Arrive at least 3 hours before departure for check-in.
Naples – Aeolian and Pontine Islands Routes: Arrive at least 1 hour before departure.

SNAV Pet Policy
Pets are welcome aboard SNAV vessels, making your trip enjoyable for both you and your pet. Here’s what you need to know before you sail:
- Pet Documentation: Make sure you have the required health certificate showing your pet is in good health and has received parasite treatments. Dogs must also be registered in the Canine Registry.
- Travel Conditions: Pets always travel under your care and responsibility. They need to be leashed and muzzled when in public areas onboard. SNAV may limit access for large-sized pets if they could cause inconvenience to other passengers.
- Pet Ticket: In most cases, pets need a valid ticket. Reach out to our customer support team to confirm if your pet requires one.
- Liability Notice: SNAV is not responsible for accidents, escapes, loss, or health incidents involving pets during boarding, travel, or disembarkation, unless caused directly by the crew’s fault.
Before you board, double-check your pet’s documents and make sure they are ready for the trip.

SNAV Luggage Allowance
With SNAV, you can bring one piece of hand luggage free of charge on all routes. The bag should not exceed 50cm x 35cm x 20cm in size and must weigh no more than 9 kg. Make sure to check both size and weight before you travel.
Need to bring more? If your luggage exceeds the free allowance, you can still take it onboard by purchasing a luggage ticket. Keep in mind, without this ticket, you may be asked to pay double the standard fee. Larger items that don’t fit at your seat will be safely stored in dedicated areas, following the crew’s guidance.
Remember, luggage handling is always at your own risk, so take care when preparing for your trip. If you notice any damage or loss, be sure to report it immediately to the crew before or during disembarkation. Book with us and travel worry-free, knowing your luggage limits in advance!
