Pets are welcome aboard Tallink Silja Line vessels ensuring a comfortable journey for you and your pets. Follow these key guidelines for a pleasant trip:

  • You can travel with your pet in a pet bag kennel or by booking a pet-friendly cabin.
  • A valid pet passport is needed for dogs cats and ferrets traveling within the EU.
  • Pets in carriers are welcome in passenger areas on MyStar and Megastar except for playrooms restaurants and lounges. Pets must always be on a leash and muzzles are recommended.
  • Service dogs travel free when properly identified and when accompanying a person with special needs.
  • If your pet stays in your vehicle during the trip no ticket is required but you will need a garage pass if you plan to visit during the crossing.
