Travelmar Pet Policy
Travelmar welcomes pets on board. Follow these guidelines for a relaxing trip:
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s kennel.
- Pets under 10 kg can remain in their owner’s kennel.
- A muzzle is required for all dogs, regardless of size.
- Service dogs are exempt from kennel requirements.
- No pets are allowed indoors; they must stay on designated outdoor decks.
- Pets cannot roam freely inside or on deck areas.
- A specific pet ticket may be required—contact support before booking.
- Papers like a pet passport or health certificate are mandatory.
Make sure to bring all necessary essentials to keep your pet comfortable throughout the ferry ride.
Loyalty Program

Travelmar Luggage Allowance
Each passenger on Travelmar vessels can bring one bag up to 45x35x20 cm. If your luggage is bigger than the standard size, you will have to buy a luggage supplement for €3.00 per piece and per route. When booking with us, you’ll always know the luggage limits in advance, making your journey hassle-free.
