Ferries to and from Lipari
Lipari is the largest Island in the Aeolian Islands and a handy base if you’re moving between ferries. The town has a busy port area, with regular connections from nearby islands and the north coast of Sicily. Ferries between Lipari and Vulcano usually run often and take a short time, so it’s easy to plan day trips in either direction. From Lipari, you can also reach other Aeolian Islands, which makes it a good hub for island-hopping.
