Out of the 47 countries participating in this year’s Blue Flag awards, Greece has come in second place – right after Spain.
In total, this year the committee presented the official Blue Flag label to 4,194 beaches, 732 marinas, and 116 tour boats all around the globe.
Winning 14% of the entire competition, Greece now has a total of 581 beaches, 15 marinas, and 6 tour boats that have earned the world’s most recognized eco-label for 2022. Check out the full list of gorgeous locations here.
