Dovodiš li svog kućnog ljubimca? Olympian Ferries rado prima tvoje četveronožne prijatelje na brod. Brod Panorama ima i posebne bokseve za ljubimce. Pridržavaj se nekoliko jednostavnih pravila kako bi putovanje bilo ugodno za sve:
- Kućni ljubimci teži od 10 kg borave u brodskom boksu.
- Manji kućni ljubimci (ispod 10 kg) mogu ostati u vlasnikovom transporteru.
- Brodski boks možda će biti obavezan bez obzira na težinu ljubimca.
- Kućni ljubimci nemaju pravo slobodno se kretati unutar broda ni po palubi.
- Boravak kućnih ljubimaca u zatvorenim prostorima nije dopušten.
- Brnjica je obavezna za sve pse.
- Službeni psi izuzeti su od pravila o boravku u boksu.
- Posebna karta za kućnog ljubimca nije potrebna, osim ako drugačije nije navedeno prilikom rezervacije ili od strane brodskog osoblja.

- NAMED STATUS OF PASSENGERS

- BOARDING PROCEDURE

- TRANSPORT OF VEHICLES USING ALTERNATIVE FUELS:
Our ships do not carry electric vehicles for the safety of passengers, crew, etc.
- DEADLINE FOR ISSUING TICKETS
Tickets must be issued within the pre-determined deadline from the date of booking for which passengers are informed by their travel agent. Otherwise, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
- OPEN DATE TICKETS
Open date tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. It is necessary before boarding that the original ticket is replaced with a new ticket otherwise if they remain open and the date and time of travel have not been declared they will not be accepted for boarding. In case fares have increased by the date of travel, open date ticket holders must pay the difference.
Open date tickets are not cancelled.
- PREPAID TICKETS
Our company supports the operation of the prepaid ticket (PTA).
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of an open ticket is not allowed
- Tickets are not canceled after the departure of the ship, nor can they be converted into open date tickets.
- From the ticket issuance date up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, the tickets are not canceled 100%. can not be open tickets, and the passenger is not refunded.
- From 13 hours up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time, tickets are canceled with a 50% cancellation fee
- From 8 days up to 14 days before the scheduled departure time, tickets are canceled with a 75% cancellation fee
- From 15 days before the scheduled departure time the tickets are canceled 100%.
Tickets are canceled in the above ways as long as the ticket body is returned intact and only by their issuing agency or to the central port agencies. They cannot be canceled over the phone. Those interested must hand over the tickets to the issuing agency or central port agencies. All possible changes, modifications or cancellations of tickets are made only based on the rules of the cancellation policy and without any other charge at the company’s headquarters as well as at the central port agencies
- ITINERARY DELAY/CANCELLATION DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
The tickets of the canceled departure are not valid for boarding but should be changed for the next scheduled departure, on which seats are available, by making a replacement ticket. In cases where the route is delayed or cancelled, passengers are requested to contact the port offices of the company to be informed about the new departure time of the ship. After the departure of the ship, the tickets are not cancelled, they are not converted to an open date, and the date cannot be changed.
- LOSS OF TICKET
In case of loss of the ticket, in order to be able to travel the passenger will have to buy a new ticket. He must then report the loss in writing stating the date of travel, the route, the number of the lost ticket, the number of the new ticket purchased and a photocopy thereof. If the lost ticket is not found in the company’s records to have traveled within one year of the date of travel, the company will issue a ticket for the journey without paying an additional fare. - ITINERARY
The company reserves the right to modify itineraries if necessary, although it will make every effort to keep all its scheduled itineraries.
- TICKET CONTROL
In order to avoid inconvenience to passengers, we kindly ask for the correct issuance of passenger and vehicle tickets as well as discount tickets. Finance Officers carry out ticket checks on boarding and during the journey therefore passengers are required to present their tickets and the required trade discount vouchers. In case that passengers do not bring the relevant discount voucher they have requested, they must pay the difference.
- BAGGAGES
The passenger is entitled to carry his hand luggage free of charge. We recommend that luggage does not contain valuables. The company bears no responsibility for their loss.
- ACCOMMODATION FOR PETS
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the bars, restaurants and inside the ship. As long as they are on the move (always with a leash and companion) they must wear a muzzle. Passengers traveling with a pet must always carry its recently updated health record and are responsible for its care, safety and hygiene. The ship provides a special space for their storage. Unaccompanied pets are not accepted.
- LOST ITEMS SERVICE

- SAFETY
The Officers of the ship, for security reasons, have the possibility, if they deem it necessary, to check the objects carried by the passengers on board. Persons who refuse to comply will be denied entry to the ship and will be reported to the local port authorities. Passengers must present their ticket, passport or identity card or other valid travel documents to authorized ship personnel. The company reserves the right not to allow boarding if the passenger does not have the required travel documents and cannot prove, beyond any doubt, his identity. After boarding, disembarkation is not permitted without the permission of the officers in charge of the ship. In case that the passenger wishes to cancel his trip after boarding, he must transfer his luggage and his vehicle (if possible) off the ship. In case of transporting a weapon or other dangerous object, please declare it upon boarding.
