What happens if my ticket is converted to an open ticket?

If a ticket is converted to an open ticket, the related Ferryscanner Miles remain pending until a new trip is completed. If no trip is completed within the allowed validity period of the open ticket, the pending Ferryscanner Miles are canceled and not credited to the user’s account.
