How do I get my ferry tickets?

When it comes to getting your ferry tickets, there are a few different options to choose from:

• Electronic ticket sent to your email/mobile

If you’re traveling with an electronic ticket, you will have to complete a web check-in before your trip. Currently, not all ferry companies support e-tickets, so please confirm that this method is offered before you complete your booking. Also, some ferry companies will require that you print out the e-ticket and present it when boarding (which will be mentioned during the check-in process).

• Port Pick Up

Picking up your ferry tickets is also possible from the departure port before your trip. To do so, go to the central agency operated by the ferry company you’re using. You can find a list of all the locations here.

• Office Pick Up

The Ferryscanner office is located in the center of Athens (Miltiadou 7). We are open Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00. Feel free to stop by and pick up your ferry tickets from us in person.

• Courier Delivery

Whether it is a hotel or a home, this option brings the ferry tickets straight to your door.
