I lost my tickets – What should I do?
If you have already collected your physical ticket and then lose it, you cannot board the ferry using only your reservation or ticket number—the physical ticket is mandatory for boarding.
In this situation, we recommend contacting our Customer Success Team for assistance. You will need to purchase a new ticket and formally declare the loss in writing. If the lost ticket remains unused for a specific period after your travel date, the ferry company may issue a replacement ticket of equivalent value.
Please note that losing your ticket is not the same as canceling it. In the case of a lost ticket, no refund will be provided.
