Electronic ticket sent to your email/mobile

\r\nIf you're travelling with an electronic ticket, you will have to complete a web check-in before your trip. Currently, not all ferry companies support e-tickets, so please confirm that this method is offered before you complete your booking. Also, some ferry companies will require that you print out the e-ticket and present it when boarding (which will be mentioned during the check-in process).\r\n

Port Pick Up

\r\nPicking up your ferry tickets is also possible from the departure port before your trip. To do so, go to the central agency operated by the ferry company you're using. You can find a list of all the locations here.\r\n

Whenever you travel with a vehicle, you will be required to enter the license plate information during the booking process.

If you have a rental vehicle and are using Minoan Lines, please add TOBECONFIRMED1 into the license plate field.

For ANEK Lines and Superfast Ferries, add AA1. For all other ferry companies, you can simply use RENT1.

On the day of your departure, when collecting your tickets from the ferry office, you can inform them of the actual license plate of your rental. They will update the tickets accordingly.
