I can’t check in. What is the reason?
If you’re unable to check in online, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Online Check-in Timeframe
Online check-in might not yet be available. Ferry companies set specific timeframes for online check-in. For Greek ferry companies, this typically opens 48 hours before departure and closes 2 hours prior. If you attempt to check in outside this period, the system won’t allow it. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for exact details.
2. System Issues or Maintenance
Technical issues or scheduled maintenance on the ferry company’s website may temporarily prevent online check-in.
3. Close to Departure Time
If your departure time is approaching, online check-in may no longer be an option.
If you encounter issues, we recommend contacting the ferry company directly, as they manage the online check-in service and can provide further assistance. Alternatively, if your departure is imminent, visit one of the local travel agencies listed in your confirmation email to get support and collect your e-tickets. If you’ve selected the Web Check-In add-on or received e-tickets attached to your confirmation email, online check-in is not required.
